THE SUN RACES THROUGH A BLUE SKY FILLED WITH WHITE CLOUDS.
THE WAYS OF HIS HEART ARE MUCH LIKE THE SUN. SONIC RUNS AND RESTS; THE SUN RISES AND SETS.
DON’T GIVE UP ON THE SUN. DON’T MAKE THE SUN LAUGH AT YOU.

Darth Maul didn’t learn how to swing his lightsaber at a person who jumped over him. Palpatine skipped that lesson when training him.
The Person in Question
Obi-Wan learned from Maul’s lack of skill.

I enjoy the Vader/Fett interactions, there’s a lot of good tension and enmity, but also a terse respect there. Fett has a history of disintegrating people and Vader addresses that concern specifically, but Fett acts a bit flippant about it. Later, Fett expresses frustrated concern about Solo’s condition after the torture and carbonite freezing, and Vader brushes it off. I like it. I’m annoyed that they played Fett as “Vader’s right-hand man” when he obviously isn’t, but I like that they jab at each other.
Yoda’s got some good lines obviously.
I think the best line is “Look over there!”

“Again, it’s like poetry. It’s sort of, they rhyme. Every stanza kinda rhymes with the last one. Hopefully it’ll work.”

Great line, lovely smile at the end, and fantastic music.

Palpatine’s smile being described as “lovely”. That has to be a first.
You just wish you were as pretty as Palpatine was.

No, but it makes me want to vomit.
Philiaphobe.
Only when it’s cheesy. I’m more into the Han/Leia, Thane Kyrell/Ciena Ree, Dexter/Hannah Mckay kind of romances. You know? Ones with actual chemistry.
The Padme/Anakin romance should have been underway once the movie started, similar to Leia and Han already at odds when Empire begins. By having it start onscreen Lucas basically shot himself in the foot, since there was no believable way to start a romance between two people who haven’t met in a decade, not in the short time it happens.

Speaking of which, a good line from the prequels (if there ever was one) is Padme’s “Oh, but Anakin is just a learner”, while not even looking in his direction.

Absolutely Savage.
That whole exchange is so cringe-y.
“Master Obi-Wan would be VERY GRUMPY.”

I love it when Anakin embarrasses Patty in front of the new queen during Attack of the Clones.
