Hello,

This is the most confusing website I have ever been on. I am looking for Emmit Otter and The Return of the Living Dead and just keep going in circles. Can someone please help.

Considering you just registered today, and this was your only post, I'm not surprised you haven't found what you want.

You will find no links on the OT Forum.  Perhaps someone will help you out in locating them.  Ask in the correct thread and make sure your private messages are turned on.

Folks

Any chance I could get a link to Emmet too? I see there is some activity here again. Hoping you won't forget me.

Thanks.

I think it's been mentioned a couple times in this thread that FanEdit.info is a good place to track this down.

I am very confused as how to use the fanedit site and the type of file that it has been converted to, I am not that pc literate. Can someone direct me (pm?)as to the correct directions to make this work? Thanks much, this is my all time favorite. I own the new dvd (no ending kermit and fall of the dock) but remember the old version as played on HBO way back when. How do you play the .dlc or ntsc file? have even seen a .rar file coming out of this? Please help.

.dlc is jdownloader encrypted linklist file.

"Right now the coffees are doing their final work." (Airi, Masked Rider Den-o episode 1)

@Molly: I know what they are and your explanation confused me. :)

@Jeffsworld: FanEdit's downloads come with an nfo file explaining what you need to know.  I'm still not sure why you would ask about it on a different forum.

Hey, perhaps its me, or a problem with the instructions and/or software involved, but the FanEdit route doesn't seem to be working for me.  Possibly the files have been taken down from Rapidshare?

Having the same problem.....anybody willing to send me a burned disc with this on it? Been looking for this for some time. PM's appreciated....cheers

EDIT: oh and how goes the Muppet Fam Xmas project? I'm anxiously looking forward to this one as well, though having looked at it I can see that it will definitely be a more difficult project than the Emmet one (and incidentally, the uncut version is up on youtube from user DTVzone)

Can anyone help me with locating this edit?

I tried the fanedit.info site but the philfrog folder there is empty...

Thanks for any info.

[edit]

I found a magnet link....Thanks for your efforts on this !

Now that fanedit.info is suspended. is there any other way I can access this Christmas Miracle?

To find the Philfrog edit of Emmet Otter:

At a site like torcache.net, torrentz.eu,  or torrentproject.com, look for torrents with the following hashes:

or

Good luck!

I was just listening to the soundtrack and heard a song called “Born in a Trunk”. Was that in a scene that ever existed?

Well, blowing up and upscaling nearly 40 year old SD video to 16:9 HD must really look like crap! Where’s Jim’s ghost to knock some sense into these people!

As Ma Otter likes to say, “I’d really appreciate it if you’d…fall off the dock!”

This was my Mom’s favorite Christmas special too. : (

According to TheDigitalBits.com:
“Sony has also announced the return of a classic holiday TV special to DVD in the form of a new Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas: 40th Anniversary Edition. Extras will include the Behind the Scenes in Frogtown Hollow featurette, deleted and alternate scenes, outtakes, and a lost song (Born in a Trunk).”

Maybe they’ll get it right THIS time?
