Can anyone that forked out some dough for one of these beauties give me some opinions/thoughts on it?

while it's nice, for that kind of money you could probably comission someone over at starshipmodeler.com or any number of other model making websites to build a much more accurate &, IMO, better falcon for you (if you didn't want to build it yourself). Well, an offer came by for this that I couldn't refuse, I found one for almost half retail plus shipping.

Its a lot bigger than I imagined, for one thing, and it came packaged in like twenty boxes within boxes.

It also has a neat little display booklet type thing that stands by the Falcon and contains the COA, a little backstory with a picture of the actual Falcon, and a rebel insignia patch..

But its going to stay in the box until I work up the dough to get me a display case for it.
