It seems it was shown at comic-con month or so ago, surprised it didn't get more attention.  Sounds like to push someone to give it a theatrical release, SW.com reupp'd the trailer recently.  Nice to see them supporting a worthy project.

It's unlikely to get a theatrical release, but it ought to given the man's iconic works of art for the cinema.

A definite DVD/Blu purchase though.

this looks pretty cool.  I had never heard of him before and had no idea the same artist had done all those classic posters. awesome.

I honestly can't put into words how iconic his work is or how big a part of my world it's been for 35 years.  Man, he's the visual connection to so many of my favorite films.  He also did the covers for the Indiana Jones novels.  Great stuff.

This looks like a great doc.

Since they're like poetry, what with the rhyming and all, I find that I only need to watch three out of the six films.

Pretty cool, it's too bad these things are a lost art now. (I always wished they would sell this version of the Indy III one sheet:

This doc is now available to watch on netflix streaming.  I watched it last night and loved it!  Seeing closeup shots of his original paintings was simply astounding and I now appreciate his work even more.  The movie also provides an interesting look into his personal life as well as the movie advertising business in general.  Well worth the watch.

Its sad to me that the movie poster has now become a lost art.
