Joss Whedon is a genius. (That's all I have to say.)

Great and well done. I particularly liked the commentary done in song as well. Also Geekvolution's Captain Logan video review here.

I think it showed off Whedon's strengths.
Clever dialog/lyrics.
Funny, self-aware comedy... while at the same time really nailing gut-wrenching emotional reality, both mild (unrequitted love) and heavy (tragic loss of feeling).
Great casting.
I liked it alot.
And Felicia Day is cute.
My outlook on life - we’re all on the Hindenburg anyway…no point fighting over the window seat.

You got that right, damn cute.
This movie still cracks me up, everyone I show it to likes it, not right at first, but they end up liking it.
The Musical Commentary is great too.
Since they're like poetry, what with the rhyming and all, I find that I only need to watch three out of the six films.

I enjoyed it for what it was. That said, I was pleasantly surprised how much I genuinely laughed. Then via this I stumbled onto The Guild. Then the laughs went overboard.

And don't forget about Do You Wanna Date My Avatar?. Felicia at her sexiest, IMHO.

As much as I love the humor, the music (including the commentary) is what stays with me after all this time.
That and the final shot of the movie. Hauntingly perfect.
