Downloading HD versions of movies from Newsgroups?

Hey all,

Can anyone tell me how this is done? I'm not too newsgroup savvy and was curious as to how it could be done. I'm assuming newsgroups are the only way to get them.

Name of your ISP's news server (if it has one) or a paying server.
