Double Post still a problem.

I'm not sure if this qualifies as a bug but it's certainly bugging me ;-)

Today a single hit of the send button resulted in a quadruple post.

Is there a way around this?

Really the only people who need to post seperate posts in series are the Mod team (for announcement purposes).

Everyone else should really edit their existing posts if the want to add something to what they have already said.

So maybe switching that off for everyone but the Mod team would be the way?

Incidentally, there are plenty of people who quadruple post on purpose because they are lazy.  Good luck getting them to change.

 I meant (if it is possible) to make it impossible to post twice in a row in the same thread (unless you are a moderator).

That should knock the double posting and bumping without adding on head.

I don't want to see it go that far, but it might be worth it just to watch certain people flip out.
