I used to like Rap music,one of my favs was Ice Cube especially the "Amerikkas most wanted" album and when he was in NWA, i dont think hes that bad an actor either I especially liked him in Trespass and Boyz "N" the hood.

Old School was my fav. when I was a part time DJ in High School Making Mix Tapes of Classic's like:
The Sugarhill Gang, Dr. Dre and the Wreckin Cru (almost wore out my Surgery Track LPs), Soul Sonic Force (Planet Rock) and its not really Rap but the sounds of Art of Noise. My tapes were like Club Mix Non-Stop Music. I Miss those Days. but after the CD came out I stoped buying LPs and Mixing Ended for me.

some of you may have been too young or not born yet the Old School Years (1979-1991) that's at lease for me.

Old School is definitely better. The good stuff now is few and far between. Anybody heard anything new from Kool Keith?

hey kev. yeah ice cube is good times for sure. he's got good stuff.
i like lil kim, she sings rap like it is, totally dirty and right in your face its great.
personal fav tho LLCoolJ, love his stuff. headsprung is a great song.
