Documentary about Star Wars on German/french Arte.tv (new?)

On 25.01.2014 arte broadcastet a documentary about the history of Star Wars.

I did not fully wath it yet, but I cannot remember to have seen this documentary anywhere. Maybe someone of you has an idea where this is from.

It has a german voice over and german subtitles.
