1. You can't know he actually owns the domain without proof.
2. If you put anything in that domain, Disney will more than likely blast it out of existence and take the domain by force.

Whoever wants the domain can buy it... but they risk losing it, and having their hands burned, if Disney's lawyers come calling.
Personally, I don't want it badly enough to spend $99 on.
Maybe if I had a spare $20, I might do it, though.

I'd only buy it if it guaranteed me finding God/a woman who would love me for me for all time. Otherwise, fuck no! I could think of better things to spend $99 on, such as DVDs/Blu-rays of the first, third, and seventh entries in the A Nightmare on Elm Street series!
