Do I need BitTorrent?

I want to get the Dr. Gonzo versions of the OOT, but do I need to have an account with a P2P system like BitTorrent, because I am uncertain of using this system, you know, concerns about piracy and all.

As long as you don't download massive amounts of pirated music and movies, you shouldn't have a problem at all.
