Rikter, thats it!!! This is the thing I was telling you about on the phone the other night! I got it at my parent's house in the attic. I have about 4-5 tapes for it. Still think you and your brother could covert these film reels to DV?

16 years I wait and this is what I get???

I've got a slightly newer version of one of those...somewhere.

The device is battery-powered, and the film canister is much smaller. There was maybe 10 seconds of footage. I had Batman, Superman, Spiderman, and some others. I'll have to go looking for it now.

IF it is for sure Super-8 then yes it can be done!! - AND MAYBE still be able to put them back togather again!!

My goal is to have the ultimate Star Wars DVD collection. After this yard sale, I should have the blank DVDs to do it. When I turn 14 in about 1 year months, I'll get a job and alot of my measely income will go to Star Wars.
