It's been about a week since he's posted here.....I sincerely hope he won't be back...he was one person that was spoiling the fun of Star Wars around here....

Check the SW fan preservation forum especially the X0 thread he has been there and the SW discussion causing trouble and being a nuisance, has also been insulting members here like Rikter and baby hum, I think is it best if he does stay away if he is going to insult other forum members and just generally just cause trouble....

He wasn't a troll. Very far from it. AWK was a troll.

Boris quite often made valid points, and the reason people can't stand him is that he disagrees with everything, is highly opinionated, and is usually quite caustic. He likes to get into arguments...a lot.

Is he a dick? Sometimes. Did he do anything worth getting banned for? Not that I saw.

A lot of people can't stand him because most of his technical info is completely wrong and he states it as fact (esp. regarding anamorphic video and NTSC/PAL)

Never had a problem with Boris either. Who knows? Maybe he went on vacation for a week in a place without internet.

boris is okay. Is he annoying sometimes? Yes. Does he rant at great length about things he knows little about? Yes. But does he contribute to the forum? Yes.

Definitely not ban material. There are other members I'd lose before him.

Raul was the dude who said he was a Lucas insider and kept try to tease us with product photos of the 30th anniversary set. He posted some photos that were old prototypes for the 2004 OT set. Total moron....I was bashing him left and right as were others until he got banned for good.

It made a boring week go by fast, that's all.
