Despecialized Edition: Uloz being slow?

Hello! 😄
So this is my first time downloading the Despecialized Editions of the Original Trilogy, and I’ve been following the instructions on The Ultimate Introductory Guide, and I’ve gotten to Step 3 of the Uloz.to Manual Download. I’m downloading the Original Star Wars right now (an 8.5 GB Full version on Uloz.tp) and the download is going to take 7 hours and 23 minutes, does it usually take this long, or is there something wrong with my PC or how I downloaded it, etc?

Unless I’ve missed something, this is a file locker site not a torrent so there’s no seeders.

With that said, over 7 hours for 8.5 GB isn’t unheard of, depending on the site and the traffic and the limitations imposed by the site.

Uloz is a download site, not a torrent, so there are no seeders/leechers.

I would advise using the “free rapid downloader” software mentioned in the guide to speed things up.

Yes. I downloaded the MKV and AVHCD versions of the DEEDs from the Uloz website and it can take anywhere from 7-15 hours per .rar file. It took about 5 days to get both versions of all 3 films. I did not use a downloader program, just my browser.

Han Shot. Period.
