Good news and bad: the good is that I am at a point where, in spite of my embarrassment over the incomplete nature of this project, I'm ready to upload it anyway. The bad news is my upload keeps failing. Not sure what the problem is, but it will have to wait till morning. I really will get this up if it's the last thing I do. I hope you all enjoy it.

Yes, definitely. For now the size is 21.9 GB, though I'm sure I could prune it substantially smaller if I wanted to take the time. I think I figured out what the problem is, so I'm fixing it now and I will post it very soon.

What commercial software do you need? Other than paying 60 bucks for Vegas Studio, I've done all my work with freeware.
Just something for ripping. I've had success with other DVDs with the software I have, but surprisingly I can't seem to get the deleted scenes from Episodes II and III.
That said, I'm still not able to upload my torrent to MySpleen, and I can't figure out why. I've done everything I thought I was supposed to, and I've successfully uploaded torrents I believe four times before. So I don't know why I keep getting "Eek! Upload error." I'll keep trying, but I'm at work right now. I know those who are interested are probably pretty anxious, and I do apologize. I'll keep working on it. Is it possible there is a size limit? I haven't taken the time to figure that out, and it might just take some simple reading. I'll take a look later.
EDIT: I meant to add that, if it takes long enough and you guys find good software for me, I'll go ahead and rip the DVDs and use those instead of the YouTube vids for when I finally succeed with this.
EDIT: I think I've figured out the problem: there are a few zipped files in my project. I see that you are not supposed to have zipped files. Perhaps MySpleen detects information in the torrent file regarding the zipped files. I will take care of this ASAP and see if that fixes the problem.

Are you creating your torrent file with uTorrent? Because a uTorrent newer than version 3 I think generates a torrent file in a format which the myspleen tracker has a problem with, I had exactly the same problem when I shared my/our Ewoks DVDs. The solution was maketorrent (download site : http://sourceforge.net/projects/burst/files/maketorrent-2.x/Maketorrent%20v2.1/maketorrent-2.1.exe/download?use_mirror=heanet&download= )

You are welcome to rip the scenes if you like. I don't mind PAL, as my project will only be accessible on computers and not on DVD players. It's up to you though. I feel like a dork for not being able to figure some of these things out.

you can use vuze to create a torrent.

Since the MySpleen route doesn't seem to want to work for me, I've successfully converted the whole ridiculously large project into 198 files of 100 mb and am presently uploading them. This of course means more waiting, as my upload speed apparently isn't that fast. But it's uploading, and I should have links very soon. Thanks everyone for understanding.

It appears that I'd forgotten how PMs truncate messages. Considering the number of lines required to send so many links, apparently most of them get removed. It would likely be best (easiest for me, certainly) if you sent me your email addresses. I could then send you all the links, or piecemeal, whatever your preference. If you don't feel comfortable with this, we'll work something out.
Just sent out an email to the four people who have provided their addresses. Still missing a few parts, but most of them are there. I should have the remaining parts very soon, and I will send out another email.
