DVD Printable Hole Size

I got some RITEK Printable DVD-Rs and the inner hole is smaller. I mean, there's more room to print. What would be the measurement so I can properly set my Epson R220 to recognize this larger print area?

I use these diameters for my ritek printable discs:

inside diameter = 21mm
outside diameter = 119mm

for non-hub printable,
inside diameter = 41mm

You can go about your business. Move along, move along.

Anyways,

, you have hub-printable discs (that's all I buy), and the 21mm sounds about right to me.
