Has anyone compiled or stated on a list of all home releases of Star Wards on any media medium (beta/VHS/laserdisc/DVD/bluray)? This would included the releases for each individual movie or box sets, the year, and media released on.
I think I may be missing a few DVDs and VHS releases from my collection.

I have some bootleg/pirate/foreign VHS & DVD versions of several of the films (mostly of Phantom Menace).
