Commission: Walt Disney Classics Star Wars Rebels Season 4 VHS cover and sticker label

Instead of purchasing Season 4 of Rebels on digital formats, I am instead recording them as they air on VHS. I would like both the cover and sticker label to be styled after the Walt Disney Classics line, and for the cover to fit in a clamshell case. There will be 3 tapes, each with 5 episodes.
