Okay, this thread is a bit odd, but then again what isn't odd in the off-topic section anyway?

The basic idea of this thread is to share some of the colloquialisms that you may have either made-up over the years, one that has resulted of a joke long forgotten, or just some odd local terms.

For instance, what you may call a television remote, or a remote control my family and I have always called a "commander."

We call it 'the box'. Like, hey, where's the box? Pass me the box so I can change the channel.
If you are an arsehole I will call you a chief. Don't know why, but it was something that people said at high school and it still slips out of my mouth from time to time.
For example, 'Jedikev is such a chief'

I dunno if this counts as a "colloquialism", per se, but I like to use the start phrase "color me..." For example, when I'm interested in something, I say "color me curious." When I'm feeling weird or sarcastic, I'll say "color me crazy." Stuff like that. That what you're looking for, Sessler?

Can you all please continue your fights via PM or e-mail instead of forcing the rest of us to continually sift through your shit to find legitimate posts?

This is getting a bit ridiculous.

I like both of ya. That's why I'm not taking sides. All I want is a happy, happy, joy, joy little community. No need to breed cyberhate.

Now kiss and make out.
