Thats probably it, considering it has only one new deleted scene(which the IMAX cut did).

MAN - I don't have this edit... I'VE heard of a Episode 2 Edit OTHEr then the Magnoliafan Edit so I do wonder - Do ya think MAYBE I should contact the seller/buyer and get this Edit?
