We don't have any iron to pump. He just uses these Wal-Mart five pound waits.

Besides, I'm lazy, incapable of doing anything consistently without being forced to, and I'm taking weightlifting next semester anyway.

There was this guy who was at least 20... and he was rubbing his chin all over the body of a 12-13 girl while she moaned as if in pleasure.... in the episode I saw. That was quite disturbing...

Perhaps I read teh situation wrong, though.

You mean, Haruko? She's hardly 13-14...

FLCL was never meant to be taken seriously, it's a huge mess meant to be fun and only fun. The whole plot is an excuse to tie the insanity and the animation sequences together.

Just don't even try to make sense of the plot, I tried to do that the first time I watched it through and almost gave myself a brain hemorrhage.

I don't care what you say, Ric, the scene was dang disturbing. The NOISES alone that the young girl was making were so embarrassing I couldn't even turn the dang TV up loud enough to make out any dialogue without my brother hearing.

Well, it's only anime, and anime is usually very liberal towards these things. Besides, even if it had a strong erotic inuendo (and it hasn't, it's all very subtly implied and comical), so what? I don't see anything wrong with that. I mean, why is it ok to have cartoons in which characters grab guns and shoot and kill each other, and we can't have a cartoon with characters kissing and cuddling and being intimate? Isn't it better to make love and not war? I'm being simplistic, yes, and there are some things kids underage shouldn't see, but furi kuri isn't like that, it's not graphical, it has no foul language or anything... And remember, anime comes from Japan, a whooole different culture.

I only saw three characers in what I watched. A female with redish hair, a man with a mustache, and a young boy who was annoye by the female's moaning. I was sort of watching other things too, so I don't really know the names or setting.
