This movie film is niiice. I like.

I really hope the Motion Picture Association lets this film be released as is - from what I've read it's a slice of deep fried gold but has some...questionable images. If not, can't wait for the Unrated DVD.

I've seen positive reviews about this film, but it feels kinda like "Freddy Got Fingered" to me. Since this movie is in NO way going to be shown on theaters around here, when it gets to video I might take a look.

You gotta realize, Borat is going to be the best reality film/documentary this side of F-911. The jokes in the trailer are all setups, but assuming Borat follows the format of the show, the joke is on absolutely everybody he meets in America, 'cause they don't know they're being punked.

Unless I'm completely wrong and this is a mockumentary through and through.

Sacha Baron Cohen is the greatest thing since Ed McMahon and Dick Clark.

You are correct, Sir. It's my understanding that the movie mixes the "reality" comedy bits with scripted events.

My God, I can't wait to see the reaction when Borat changes the words to the Star Spangled Banner at that rodeo...I read one review on AICN, which basically said they have no idea how Sacha Baron Cohen escaped this one alive or wothout bodily harm...Awesome.

In my country there is problem, and that problem is the J--

I can't wait for this film to come out. And you're right, the joke is on everyone when it comes to the good ol' U.S. of A. I suspect that is why Sacha decided to move away from the UK - everyone was so familiar with him that they took it too well! He really is a cunning linguist, taking on all these dialects and commanding them so convincingly.
