Hello all, just came on to say that I picked up the SkyChrome release. It doesn't actually seem to be a new transfer - it seems to be an upscale of the truncated version MGM included in their 2002 release of the 1967 version, coupled with lower quality footage from the Spy Guide VHS.

It's also framed incorrectly, which I've managed to fix. I've also managed to remove the bug for the majority of the film. The fix isn't perfect, but less distracting than the bug.

The only bit I can't remove it on is the 'Lost Ending' as I don't have footage of that on this computer (my previous computer, which died on me recently had it so I'm going to see if I can work a miracle on that)

Doing a test Blu-Ray of this right now, will report back with the results.

Its on my pay service in HD. But you need some subscription or other to a pay station to view it.

Its the same station that paid Shatner to make the Captains, and Get A Life.
