Bo Jackson on Tecmo Super Bowl

I was playing Tecmo Super Bowl with a friend recently and we had to institute the "Nobody gets to be the Raiders" rule. Why? Because Bo Jackson is unstoppable in that game. Seriously, he is almost impossible to tackle and he's a lot faster than all of the other players. I've racked up 1000 yards against the computer with Bo Jackson in a single game before. Has anyone else noticed this? Is Bo Jackson quite possibly the most dominating sports video game character ever? I would say so.

The answer is YES. Bo Jackson is the most dominating sports video game character ever.

That being said, I'm partial to the guys that have neary 100% hitting power, like Christian Okoye, Brad Mustar(d) and Reggie Cobb.

That being said, Houston is the most dominating team because of Moon and the recieving corps. Run and Shoot baby!

I can't believe John Elway's stats are so horrible on that game.

Wasn't Tony Dorsett just as good as Bo Jackson in Tecmo Bowl?

Ahhh yes. I remember the days of running Bo up the middle and Marcus Allen on the sweep. Game ruled. So far ahead of it's time it's unreal. I especially loved it 'cause I'm a Raiders fan.

Don't forget about Lawrence Taylor from the Giants.

Just runs through the offensive line like it wasn't even there.

Hundreds of sacks a game.

I don't believe I ever had trouble with the Raiders and Bo.

I always had trouble, though, with the Detroit Lions. Barry Sanders is extremely fast, and all their plays line up the same way, you there is NO way to predict what they might do. Barry might go to the top, middle OR bottom of the screen and if you guess wrong, he's gone.
