Sure Davey, I'll try to work on a polished version this week. Sorry about not posting it on your thread. I done furgot.

Jambre and Davey, you guys have any text for the back of the case? I'm sure most of us cover makers would appreciate it.

And Jambre, I talked to my pal about those animations, he's mostly done and should be able to finish up them soon.

I asked him about an 'exclusive Anthony Daniels interview' he has and he says that he talks about all 3 OT films. I was kind of hoping you might contact him and ask for a copy so you can use it in 'Building Empire' v2.0 and perhaps 'Returning to Jedi'. I've PMed you with his email address.

Guys, I'm having real trouble downloading these files and I don't have broadband at home (currently trying to download at work). Can anybody send me just one of these covers, namely the one with the Taun Taun on the front and the slanted logo? If anyone can help, let me know and I will provide my e-mail address. No ones has made a Region 1 NTSC yet?
My players don't play other regions or PAL. And my laptop doesn't play them either. I really want to see BUILDING EMPIRE!!!

man, i didnt even realize that this was PAL. i do have a DVD player that will play PAL, but its not a very good one, and to make matters worse, the TV its hooked up to's color is shot, there's no green!

As is stated earlier in this thread, it will be region free. This means that it will play in EVERY region. And if your dvd player doesn't play PAL, go to Wal Mart and buy a $35 Apex player. It will play PAL and NTSC discs just fine.

You can go about your business. Move along, move along.

Any cheap player will play PAL discs. Only the brand-name players leave that feature out.

Got my copy today, gonna check it out this weekend. A spot check reveals that I do have that aspect ratio bug, though.

Just wanted to update you all.

I have gone through 'Building Empire' and made tweek upon tweek over the last few weeks.

A friend of mine has some very cool ESB contacts and so I have been able to garner some lovely snippets of information right from the horses mouth. Even some info on a deleted scene that neither of us have ever heard about before.

I have also gone through and fleshed out some of the Dagobah sequences with more footage of Frank rehursing with Yoda. There is now also more footage of the effects guys at work (hey they deserve it). The split screen sections have gone and have been replaced by something much better.

Where possible I have taken Ocp's advice on making sure I compare each of the alternate audio clips with the original audio. This is to help those less familiar with ESB to notice some of the subtle changes and choices Lucas made before releasing the film to audiences. I know the film backwards, but not everyone does - it's easy to forget that.

I am also working on collating some DVD extras. I may be able (if I get permission from a contact) to use a couple of very cool behind the scenes programmes as the main extras. Along with this I will hopefully including isolated scenes with the restored music so that viewers can appreciate the impact of the music without being distracted by the text and behind the scenes footage as in the 'Building Empire' feature.
