Avisynth Export Plugin

I thought I read somewhere they discontinued the avisynth Premiere export plugin awhile back and version 2.56 doesn't have it. I've got all my programs' versions matching except cm-avisynth.prm. Does anyone know, if it exists, where I can find the latest export plugin for Premiere?
