Avatar 35mm Opportunity?

I was scouring around eBay lately and found a 35mm print of 2009’s Avatar from James Cameron. It appears to be a 2:39:1 copy that was used in theaters, which is quite different when compared to the home video releases. Sadly, I am not experienced at all with 35mm prints nor have I once scanned them. But I may have some tricks up my sleeve with using Adobe After Effects and other programs to a full scan to life…maybe if someone can aid me with that too. I myself am a huge fan of Avatar and I’d be curious to see how it looks in 35mm. Does anybody here want to handle getting this print and scanning it at all?

I’ve heard that seller mostly sells off a collection from some Russian who has at times had prints with toxic mold and other issues, maybe others can chime in. A bit of a shame since they get some really interesting titles.
