Attack of the Clones Menu

I bought my Attack of the Clones DVD three years ago now when it was first released. I only found out a year ago, when the so-called Original Trilogy was released on DVD that each movie was supposed to have three different themes for the menu pages. After three years of owning that movie, I have only ever seen the Coliseum/Droid Factory motif, nothing else. So my questions are:

Is it known if any original release DVDs only had one menu option on them with only subsequent releases getting the full treatment? Does anybody else have a DVD like this? Is it just mine?

And what are the other menu themes for that movie?

For AOTC, the three themes are: Geonosis, Kamino, and Coruscant. It was confirmed with the release that all DVDs functioned so that all three were randomly accessed. I don't know, maybe your copy had a mistake in the printing so that only one will show up.

On each of the DVD's at the attention screen press 1 for the first menu, 2 and, 3 for the others. It might be the angle button though. Why your only getting one menu all the time is unknown to me though... Also, there's a Kamino and, a curiscant one. I'll find images.

Thanks for the help, guys. I'll give it one more try randomly, and then I'll check to see if I can force those menus open. If that doesn't work, well, I guess it only has the one version on there...
