This movie made absolutely no sense. But then again, neither do any of the TV episodes.

Anyone else see this?

I hope to see it this weekend. I've read lots of reviews and the really bad ones seem to be from unsuspecting reviewers who are thinking that they're in for a 'movie' with a 'plot' or that makes some sort of 'sense'. The show never had a huge demographic appeal and though very popular is either watched by people who 'get it' or not watched at all. I admire the guys who make it (and the superb 'Frisky Dingo'!) for just doing things they make *them* laugh and getting away with it.

THEN YOU COULD THROW AWAY OVER HALF OF ALL ANIMATED SHOWS AND MOVIES. YOU WOULD TAKE AWAY A GOOD PORTION OF POPCULTURE.

I like ATHF in relatively small doses. Not sure how well an hour and a half movie would go down, but I'll check it out at some point.

Way too over the top. A lot of it I liked, there were parts that really felt like Aqua Teen on the big screen, but a lot of it felt like Family Guy fourth season, Simpsons since season Ten, and South Park since season 8. Gotta love the Robot of Christmas Past, except when he started humping things for no reason.

Anyone stay till after the credits?

It's a bad thing. My last LSD trip put me in a car wreck that resulted in some physcological changes.

I want to see this movie, but I figured I'd wait until it came out on home video. I can't imagine ATHF being worthy of a big screen presentation. I like visuals and sounds to impress me when I'm forking over the money for a movie ticket. This movie doesn't look like it will offer that.
