Sorry if this doesn't belong in this part of the forum. It seemed appropriate.

I cracked up when that Dan Veeber guy told the Sci-fi crowd that the father character was the reason Lucas was holding back the un-special edition original Star wars trilogy.

I was the only one of my friends laughing at that joke and thus became an instant nerd. Ha! Oh well...

(oh and the fat kid lightsaber fighting...hardy har har).

What’s the internal temperature of a TaunTaun? Luke warm.

I agree, I just thought that since they talked about the OOT in that particular episode, it might have belonged here.

I laughed out loud when I heard that line. Maybe one of the writer's has lurked here? (The Ewok getting liquidated was funny too.) Amazing they resisted the temptation to do a JarJar gag. The fact one of the fans in the crowd was dressed as Thundarr the Barbarian made me smile.

American Dad is a terrible show, but that line was pretty dead on .... particularly since at the exact moment I was watching that, I was also at the computer working on a non-special edition of Empire Strikes Back. I thought, shit. I'm a geek, they got me.
