Not really all that interesting, but I was watching something on Discovery Channel about tornados and such. Well, this team of storm trackers were trying to catch this one tornado and failing miserably. Out of their boardom in the next shot, you see one of the scientists on top of the van's Doplar Radar dish wearing a Vader helmet and chest plate, with his arms in the air shouting "Noooooooooooo!"

I just about spit all over the TV. My whole family got a kick out of that. Apparently we are not the only ones making fun of that horrible scene.

It would be cool if Lucas would push something like "The Adventures of Han and Lando" that would be based between 3 and 4 of course.

Are you serious? They would have to get someone who looks a hell of a lot like Harrison Ford! Unless of course he uses photoreallism with Harrison doing the voice.

I just think it would be a cool idea and they can do wonders with Hollywood make-up. If not that idea than one where the clone troopers continue to eraticate the rest of the Jedi around the galaxy.

As previously mentioned (here & here) Comedy Central's Daily Show did a segment on "Election Wars"

"Election Wars" Explanation via: latimes.com

"As lawmakers prepare for elections, George Lucas joins them in promoting their 'innovation agenda' for U.S. competitiveness.
<cut>
Lucas was seated next to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco), who was mocked as Darth Nancy in "Election Wars," a "Star Wars" spoof screened by the National Republican Congressional Committee during last week's annual House GOP retreat."

Also on friday's "Attack of the Show" (Mash Up Show), they went to a comic convention and filmed various SW things like the Mace Windu award for geekiness and the Elvis Stormtrooper. Rebroadcast on Sat. 18th 9 AM.

BTW: Please attempt to only post dates and times of tv broadcasts with references to SW in this thread. (upcoming and recently past, supply rerun times if possible (tv.yahoo.com can help you find them))
