I just learned from a friend that the theatrical version was never made available in HD! And that’s how I found this thread. I would also greatly appreciate a link if it’s still possible.

Wow I am amazed. Fantastic that this version is being preserved, I’m amazed that it wasn’t released on bluray. Huge loss. May I have a link to this?

Massive thanks to both the jimbotron235 for creating, and stretch009 for being so nice to share with all these people. You’re awesome!

Edit: Actually I just discovered that a theatrical in bluray version is on thepiratebay (you can google it). The file is 6.7gb and is h265, and I can confirm that its legit the theatrical. IDK if its the one created by jimbotron235, but I strongly suspect it is (I can see some of the quality dips when the dvd source footage had to be used, which seems to indicate so) Remember to seed if you use that.
