I want to share my 1080p version of Mecha Salesman’s Holiday Special restoration but the google drive file that I send to people doesn’t work. Am I allowed to share archive.org files?

It’s in the rules, archive.org isn’t an exception to the rule. You can share it privately, but not publically.
