Which is better? If you had asked me that any year over the past 20 years I would have told you Aliens. Now? I'm not so sure.

IMO Alien is the better film, Aliens is the better ride.

Alien for me on both counts.
I love Aliens but it is very over-rated just like Cameron.
I'm not really a fan of the series but Alien all the way. Cameron could never hold a candle to Scott.
