Alfred Hitchcocks's Psycho 35mm Preservation

I have acquired a digital copy of a 35mm scans of Psycho and would love an opportunity to remove some of the dirty, minimize the frame shakes, upscale it and combine it with the 4K version I also possess.

Is anybody experienced in these matters? I’m looking to expand the team!

Is this the german cut release?
