Was just scanning through this to compare it with the Blu-ray, and unlike the disaster that is the Beauty and the Beast Blu, the color-timing here is pretty darn close… except on Genie. For some reason, Genie is a completely different shade of blue throughout the entire film. I don’t understand why they’d more-or-less preserve the original color timing except when it comes to this one character.
Also, and this is just strange, there’s a more pronounced drop shadow behind the opening credits on the Blu-ray than there is on the print.

Well, I just acquired a copy of this 35mm copy and as stated on page one of this thread which I didn’t notice at first it has the censored audio.
Does anyone know if there is even a copy out there with the original audio? I’m pretty resourceful when it comes to finding stuff like this but I am striking out everywhere…
It would be nice to know if it even actually exists before spending more time on it…

Hi. Was a new remix of the censored ouverture song done recently (with the censored lines back in) ? I’m asking because the difference between the audio on the movie (either from the LD, Blu-ray, etc) and the original soundtrack cd is very jarring (as explained earlier). Anyone attempted to do a better bob at that ?

I’d love a link to this as well. I don’t know if you folks saw this, but someone made an audio track with the uncensored song lyrics that syncs to the official Blu Ray. It’s on the spleen and it sounds perfect, to me anyway. That should be able to be synced to this project just fine, I’d think.
