I purchased a music dvd from one of my fav bands only to discover that they remastered & remixed all the tracks! Not only that but they are radio censored versions. I dont want these new remixes so I figured it might be worth trying to redo the clips using the original audio versions from CD/vinyl.
Ive managed to do one track using tips from ADM's MPEG2 & AC3 helpfile (thanks ADM) & it works a treat. Now I figure I could make it even better if I keep the original AC3 stream & add the old original version I have on CD as well, keeping both versions as seperate audio streams. How could I do this? Im using a trial of womble so time is ticking away...
While we are on this topic, what effect would using a Pal disc have on an Audio DVD? Would there be a 4% speed up or do they correct for this in mastering?
