ATTENTION ALL UK PEOPLE: How will/would you vote in the referendum?

I am curious how all the UK Scottish people will/would vote in the independence referendum tomorrow.

This thread is just for a poll of how you will/would vote tomorrow.   You can say "aye" to vote independence or "nay" to vote against.  You can say why you are voting the way you are, but I'd like to keep debates about it to a minimum here.   Debate in the politics thread.

You can vote in this thread if:

You live in the UK

1. You live in Scotland.

or

2. You live in the UK and are Scottish(yes, I know that if you are not living in Scotland, you can't vote in the referendem.  I just felt like including the UK Scots not living in Scotland)

Bingo, I will look are your post in this case so your vote can be counted here.

No voting twice and your vote will not count unless you say "aye" or say "nay".

It is too bad that the forum software does not allow for the creation of a poll or I would have done that.

Let the voting begin.

EDIT: I have decided to change the rules so everyone in the UK can vote in this thread.

I doubt Bingowings will vote just to please you.  Otherwise, I'm not sure how many Scotsmen we have here.

And since we're talking a vote of Scots, shouldn't the appropriate responses be, "Aye" and "Ach, no"?

I don't care what Bingo does, I was just letting him know that I would count his vote.

Ach,no???????

If two scottsmen disagree, can they both use the 'no true scottsmen' fallacy?

I'll cast Bingo's vote for him.

"Bloody 'ell! Aye and g'day guvna!"

Sorry, no votting for someone else. Bingo must cast his own vote.

Based on what he's written in the past, though, don't you think you already know the answer?

Author
Time

yes, but I still think I should let him cast his own vote.

Are there any other Scotsmen who frequent this site?  If not, I say we all give a vote for Bingowings!  There re two reasons: one, I haven't seen him for several days and I doubt he'll vote here before he votes in a real poll; two, being the only Scot here, and since we all know how he'll vote, if we all vote in favor of Scottish independence, then the result will be the same as if only Bingo voted: 100% in the affirmative!

Here's me vote fer ya: AYE, LADDY!

I thought there were more than just Bingo that are Scottish.  Perhaps I am wrong.  I might have to change the elibility rules or there might not be much of a vote.  I need to give this some thought, but still only Bingo can cast Bingo's vote.

I seem to recall there were a couple more. Maybe they just don't visit off topic.

Imperalscum is a Scott, if I recall correctly, but he's not an Off Topic guy. I know there's someone else for sure, but I'm not sure who, and I'm pretty sure they also stay away from this forum.

I were a Scot and imperialscum were as well, I'd vote to remove myself from Scotland.

Did I say imperialscum? I meant ImperialFighter.... :P

That sounds more likely, so I shall remain a (hypothetical) Scot.

If only this thread was posted in the universe where I'm Scottish ... married to a beautiful Scottish woman ... with long, thick auburn hair ... not to mention deep blue-green eyes ... and a lovely singing voice ...

God, how I envy my alternate Scottish self.

To answer the question, since I'm part Irish, and that's close enough, if I were to vote in the referendum I imagine I would do so by making an X next to the appropriate option on the ballot.

I have decided to alter the rules and allow all in the UK to vote in this poll, otherwise I don't think there'd be many votes cast here.

Not good enough! I demand that you extend this vote to all people in the Commonwealth!
