Hello guys I'm trying to do a DVD quality version of the original logos for SW for my prequel edits. It seems as though the fox logo can be ripped from "Alien", and the Lucasfilm logo can be ripped from the Ewok DVD, but is there a DVD quality frame of the "A long time ago" title card? I seem to remember a thread regarding this (containing a couple restored title cards), but I guess it's been deleted.

I guess this is a request- any help would be appreciated! Thank you. (and btw, if it wouldn't be too much trouble, I was wondering if someone could also post a rip of the fox logo from the original DVD of "Alien", which I don't own. It'll only be used to restore the opening SW logos and would be helpful for many besides me. Thanks)

You might want to check with the guy at starwarslegacy.com. He has the original "A Long Time Ago..." title card, I believe.

I don't, but there was definitely a deleted thread that contained this info, along with several screenshots of the restored original card.

Which is why I was wondering if anyone who posted at that time would be so kind as to help me out.

Yes- your first pic is the one I'm talking about. But I do think it makes a BIG difference to have the original logo.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
