The movie is called A Man To Respect (1972) aka The Master Touch. An aging safecracker is released from prison and is approached by his former boss to do one last job. He decides the best way to break into one of the most secure vaults in Europe is to pull off two heists at the same time! The movie also stars Florinda Bolkan and Giuliano Gemma.
So far the movie has only been available in crappy public domain releases, edited down from 112 minutes to 92 minutes and mostly in pan and scan.
