4K77 Noise Reduction and Re-Grade (WIP)

Hello everyone, I am going to be doing a Noise Reduction and Re-Grade of TN1’s 4K77 Project. Credits go to the Team Negative 1 for making this possible.

Regrade looks great. It really gives me a 1997 SE vibe.
