Hello, discovered your preservation from Jesse Tribble’s Youtube video about LOTR color restoration, excellent work! I would love a link to the V1 and V3 versions if available, thank you!

I don’t think this is available any more, as I haven’t received any reply to my DM either. There is a version by Dwalin in circulation that builds upon it, at least.

Are there any subtitles hardcoded in V3? I would appreciate it if someone could share the links 😃

I messaged 44rh1n at the start of August and as far as I can tell, they have only been online once since on the 13th of October. I suppose that they aren’t exactly sharing their work at this current moment.

If another user has a copy of 44rh1n’s work, and is willing to share, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hey, I would love to have this extended version of FOTR. I’ve been annoyed with this problem for about a decade, ever since I was a kid. I own 2 copies of the Extended 1080p trilogy box set, and the 4k extended remasters if you can truly call it that, none of which cut it for me as a die hard fan who wants to see my childhood experience of the extended dvd colors in blu ray quality while still retaining all the amazing film grain that made FOTR the movie that it originally looked like. If you could send me the link to your version, I’d be incredibly grateful. Fans like me are indebted to Editors out there like you putting in the work to preserve media. Thank you.

I second this. I own multiple copies of the source material, and if anyone has the link and is able to share it with me as well, I’d be very grateful

So from what I’ve gathered, it seems that both 44rh1n and Dwalin have not been active on the forums for the past year and a half or so. Does anyone know why this is the case, and does anyone have the link that they can PM to me. I own multiple copies of source material Blu-ray EE. Just a huge lotr fan here who would be so appreciative to anyone who can help me out and send me the link. Thanks so much.
