Here we in Wisconsin we do have a fair amount of cubs fans. I don't hate them, I pity them. How you can spend that kind of coin on players and fail so often? It's like they through money straight into the garbage.
Granted the Brewers have been notoriously horrible in the last 2 decades (other than the last couple years) but we haven't spent nearly that kind of money on players.

yeah Ive seen it. I watched that game back in 03'. I never blamed bartman in the first place. That shortstop bungled, what was a little league double play, and there were other factors. If and when the cubs do win it all, I'll be happy for them. One of the best documentaries Ive ever seen.
I know what ur saying about the brewers too, walkingdork. Im a KC Royals fan and a St.Louis cardinals fan. The Royals have been in the basement for what seems like forever. Every year I hope for them and then, bust!

Carpenter? no. Our hitters have been having problems for the last 2 seasons. No disrespect to Carpenter intended, but I could have pitched to our hitters and still kept to score reasonable. The Phillies flat out can't hit.

they scored 6 runs against you, and you scored 11 runs against them(so far). Seems to me the Brewers problem tonight isn't their hitting, but their pitching.

I'm much happier this year now that I have a clear-cut favorite team to pull for in the series. As an Astros fan, I've seen a ton of Cardinals games in person so I know they can be tough. They've more than proven that this post season as well. This one will be a battle alright.
