They integrated at least some of those styles (and I think its 7, not 5, but it doesn't make much difference) into KotOR 2.
The first few are defensive. The next couple are more offensive. More provide a balance. Mace Windu is the only one to use one other style, which focuses on (what appears to be) erratic movement that provides a strong offense without losing too much defensive strength either.
