I once got a ticket for talking on the cell phone at the car (which is not permitted here, not sure about it over there); and the details of the ticket were quite hilarious:

* I was working in Rio at that day.
* I never, ever use my cell phone at the car, at least not driving. If I'm expecting an important call, I pull over, otherwise I just ignore it ot turn if off.
* It stated it happened on a thursday at 10:30 am, when I'm obviously at work.
* It happened in a street I never pass by (in fact I only recall to have driven over there once)
* They stated my car color as being black, opposed to silver, as it is. I'm not sure if it was mispelled, though (black color= "PRETA", silver color= "PRATA").
