that line is from the "teaser" trailer (according to the new bonus dvd). the 30 second TV spot (at least the one that i have on the vcd) doesn't have that line.

-US TV spot (30 seconds) (I don't think this is on the DVD "an epic of heros, and villans and aliens from a thousand worlds")
-Theatrical Trailer (1978 re-release) (called Launch on DVD, i think... or it's not on the DVD at all) - this also has "the story of a boy, a girl and a universe" in it.
-Theatrical Trailer (1978 Ocsars) (not on DVD, but a LOT like the "Launch" trailer. same thing except for the "winner of 7 academy awards" tag at the end.)
-Theatrical Trailer (1981 re-release)(on DVD as "Re-release")
-Theatrical Trailer (1982 re-release)("it has been five years since we first felt the Force....")

the DVD has:
