Wow thats the best colour and shadow on uncle Owen I've seen. Usually he looks so dark and muddy/murky looking in that and other scenes, I've never really understood why.

Those screencaps are beautiful, even though they aren't finished they look so much more filmic, and in a way more modern than what the bluray transfers looks like.  These releases are right up there in importance with the Revisited Saga for me.

For those wondering what the first reel we worked with was, it was a 11 minute clip of Reel 5, that was faded very red.

I don't think anyone would want to watch the movie this way though. We will be posting what a slight color correction would look like. This matches what a lot of the outtakes and deleted scenes from the ebooks look like.

Well, we think it looks pretty poor. The color corrected one is slightly better. Obviously none of them can match the LPP.

This was posted just to show the people that wished for a Grindhouse like version. One of the earlier team members wanted to do that project. Currently there are no plans for releasing that. We'd prefer people get the better version.

You mean "it" won't answer... it's "a team", not an individual. There's no -1 here. I don't know anyone named -1. Well, sure, the team is called "Team Negative1", but that doesn't mean anything.

Instead of cluttering up this thread is it possible you all could make your own thread about this so those of us interested in updates on this project can see them without having to wade through all of the "he won't answer" or "it won't answer" or "who are you really?" remarks?
