For extended scenes I will use the official extended Blu-Rays of Two Towers and Return of the King. I will also use the fellowship of the ring Blu-Ray but make sure it is color corrected to remove the green tint.

The theatricals are tough though because I have heard that the official theatrical Blu-Rays are not all that good. If there is any other superior source for the theatricals such as an HDTV broadcast, that would be awesome to know.
