Yoda walks in, Dooku turns to look. (I don't have the movie or a script handy now, so I don't know the lines, this is just from memory.)

Count Dooku.
Yoda ignites his lightsaber, Dooku turns to run. Cut to shot of Yoda jumping at him, and you hear Dooku's saber igniting - cut to abbreviated version of the battle, cutting completely "Fought well you have, my young Padawan" and "This is just the beginning" - when Yoda hops up on the wall, Sidious brings down the crane. He and Yoda lock sabers, Yoda looks to see the crane, turns off his lightsaber, Dooku runs, and Yoda saves the day.
Not sure if all that is possible, but better than cutting it all, IMO.
I also agree completely with the Changeling removal. That was idiotic setting that up and not using it.
Your edit has great potential, but I am wary of the Anakin dubbing...I'll have to see this for myself.
