VFX legend and Emmy winner Ron Thornton, who worked with me on Captain Power, Babylon 5, Star Trek - The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Star Trek New Voyages “World Enough and Time” and, most recently, Space Command is desperately ill and needs our help. Ron revolutionized television and brought CG effects to the medium. Babylon 5 would not exist without him and Battlestar Galactica could never have achieved the spectacular VFX it had without Ron’s blazing a trail.
